tooz online services use cookies, pixels and other similar technologies (collectively called “cookies” from now on). We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the offer and experience on this website. Hotjar's technology gives us a better understanding of our users´experiences (e.g. ow much time users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and dont like, etc.) and helps us tailor our offering to our user´s feedback. Hotjar works with cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of our users and their end devices, in particular IP address of the device (is only recorded and stored in anonymized form during your website use), screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), information about the browser used, location (country only), preferred language for displaying our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually prohibited from selling the data collcted on our behalf.

In certain cases, the data collected can be used to identify the visitor. The data collected is used to improve the offering or target customers. IP addresses are generally shortened or only processed in an anonymous form.

If you deactivate all cookies in your browser, neither tooz nor third parties will transmit cookies to your browser. How does tooz use cookies?
Cookies are used to survey access to our online services and to implement functionalities intended for social media and marketing. We also forward information to our partners for analytical, marketing and social media purposes. Our partners may merge this information with other data you provide or others they may have collected through the use of their services. You can object to this use to different degrees. Social Media
By using social media, we offer comprehensive contact and information options, based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 Letter f DSGVO (EU GDPR). These social media services may collect personal data, e.g. via the user profile.
tooz websites feature the following buttons or social plug-ins for other online offerings. These buttons, if displayed on the website, do not establish any contact with the servers from Facebook and Twitter or similar online service providers. For a connection to be activated, and for communication with Facebook and Twitter to be established, you must firstly grant your approval – by clicking on the buttons.
If you are already logged into a social network of your choice, this is carried out without another window being opened. As this transfer occurs directly, we do not obtain any knowledge of the data transferred. What is transferred is the fact that you have launched the respective site. If you are simultaneously logged onto Facebook & Co., this information will be assigned to your social media account and will thus be connected with you.
The best way to obtain information on the further use and storage of your personal data by Facebook and Twitter, is to go directly to these social media companies.
