During SPIE | AR VR MR 2024 in San Francisco, the tooz team will present its own curved waveguide with vision correction (Rx).
Additionally, we are excited to unveil our expanded prescription-based product portfolio, offering even more options to enhance your visual experience.
At our booth #6215, visitors can experience our smart glasses reference designs, including tooz ESSNZ SLIM and tooz ESSNZ Berlin, featuring a Rx-range from +4 to -10 diopter. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the new increased Rx-based product portfolio on-site, expanding beyond the tooz smart lens. Moreover, this presentation will be complemented by a plenary talk from our CEO, Dr. Kai Ströder. ESSNZ BERLIN

It is important to emphasize that the ESSNZ Berlin is our first pair of prescription glasses with augmentation for all-day use. This fully functional reference design features a lightweight construction, 15° field of view, foldable design, all-day battery life, integrated AI headset, and wireless connectivity. What sets it apart is the seamless integration of individual prescriptions from +4 to -10 diopters through a standard ophthalmic process.

Moreover, the monochrome micro-LED in combination with the tooz curved waveguide ensures visibility of the virtual image even in bright daylight as well as an optimized battery life for all-day use.

Building upon the success of the ESSNZ Berlin design, we have meticulously refined and enhanced the functionality to create a uniquely light and slim solution. This design is specifically tailored to meet the needs of end consumers, ensuring comfortable use of smart glasses throughout the entire day.
